Rugenstein Family Farm is located in Canandaigua, New York, which is part of the beautiful Finger Lakes area. We are a 5th generation farm that raises Simmental cattle and we finish beef and pork for retail and custom sales. Here at Rugenstein Family Farm we have been using AI for the last 26 years selecting elite Simmental bulls. We have worked hard to grow our Simmental genetics over the years and produce quality genetics that will perform in the pasture, the show ring and in the feed lot. Being located in Canandaigua, the heart of the finger lakes, we use rotational grazing to optimize soil health and provide ample grazing for both our cow/calf operation and our finishing operation. At Rugenstein Family Farm Meats we raise our beef and pork on pastures and offer them free choice grain and hay to deliver the tenderness that makes our product so tasty.
