Wholesale
whole, half or quarter beef

When purchasing beef from the whole, half or quarter you pay $4.50/lb based on the hanging weight (hanging weight is the percentage of the live weight of the animal at harvest after the head, hide, and internal organs have been removed.) The price includes the butcher fees and to have your product vacuum sealed.

When purchasing pork from the whole or half you pay $4.5/lb based on the hanging weight (hanging weight is the percentage of the live weight of the animal at harvest after the head, hide, and internal organs have been removed.) The price includes the butcher fees and additional smoking fees.

The Ordering Process:



  • Contact Us

    Contact us by facebook or phone we ask for a deposit for to reserve your whole, half or quarter.

  • Fill Out Cut Sheet

    A week before the animal will go to the butcher we will work with you to fill out your cut sheet, this is how the butcher will cut the animal to your specification.

  • Approximately 2 weeks to Process

    Once we take the animal to the butcher it will be processed for approximately 2 weeks.

  • Ready for Pickup

    Once the meat is ready to be picked up, we will arrange a time and location for you to meet us to pick up your product. At this time the remainder of your bill will be due.
